ERA was my first formal experience within the real estate industry.  My primary responsibility included providing the office’s ten brokers with an accurate, comprehensive summary of the current market conditions through an assessment of residential statistics. Additionally, I redesigned many of the offices marketing materials for a higher visual impact, as well as developing and implementing a new, highly efficient and effective database of client and property information.  On the weekends, I held open houses across Cape Cod for prospective buyers.  

My time at ERA helped me to understand the brokerage process and the strong market forces that affect individual assets.
