At C. Talanian Realty, I worked for Tom Brennan, the Back Bay’s leading broker of boutique retail and office space.  The Back Bay is Boston’s premier commercial district with a mixture of historic brownstones and low-rise office buildings, as well as world-class shopping malls and modern skyscrapers.   I assisted Tom with the evaluation and analysis of current market information to assess values of retail spaces, offices, and investment properties.  Additionally, I researched and showed available commercial space to various clients, ranging from office and retail tenants, to domestic and foreign investors. 

My time at C. Talanian Realty was a logical step from my residential brokerage experience and allowed me to work with a range of local, national, and international investors and developers.
